Payment Terms
• All invoices are payable upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment can be made via card or bank transfer.
• Certificates (e.g., Electrical Installation Certificates) will be issued only after full payment has been received.

Deposits
• For jobs valued over £500, a 30% deposit is required to secure a start date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.
• For jobs valued over £1,500, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due upon completion.

Minimum Charge
• A minimum charge of £75 applies to all jobs, including:
• Site visits where tools are required for access, such as lifting floorboards or removing panels.
• Quoting work that involves diagnostic testing, investigation, or design.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled start date.
• We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unforeseen circumstances such as supply delays, safety issues, or adverse weather.

Scope of Work
• All work will be carried out as per the agreed quotation or estimate.
• Any changes to the scope of work may require a revised quote and may affect the delivery timeline and final cost.

Liability
• While every effort is made to ensure high-quality service, we are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party contractors, suppliers, or circumstances beyond our control.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and for disclosing any hazards.

Warranty
• All work is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion, covering workmanship and installation, unless otherwise specified. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment supplied.

Ownership of Materials
• All materials remain the property of the company until full payment is received.
